Charles Gene De Witt, 70, of Buena Park, California passed away March 5, 2022 as a result of a long battle with cancer. His family was by his side when he drifted off to be with the Lord. He was born to Charles and Jean De Witt of Garden Grove, California on June 12, 1951... He was dedicated to helping the homeless and mentally ill thru his position with the County of Orange, in California as an outreach worker. He was a devoted family man. Fishing with his buddies John, Mike, and David was his favorite past time. He will always be “Our Forever Guardian Angel” Charles is survived by Renee Hickman, his sisters Lois, Terry, Penny, Kathy, and Debbie. He also leaves behind his sons Christian, Eric, John, and daughters Karrie and Angelica. He will be missed by his grand children, great grand children as well as his many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Arlington Mortuary.
