Mr Luis Martinez

April 17, 1951 - December 1, 2020

Obituary for Luis Martinez Luis Miguel Martinez of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, passed away on December 1, 2020. Born in Lake Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico, Luis was a loving husband and father. He volunteered for the Marines in 1971 and was honorably discharged in 1973. He attended LA Trade Tech College in 1974, where he met his wife. He worked for LA County and the State of CA, from which he retired in 2001. He moved to Rancho Cucamonga in 1980 where he raised his family. He had a great sense of humor and loved helping people. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and working on building projects. In retirement, he volunteered weekly at the Loma Linda VA Hospital and with Marine Corps League Detachment 965. He leaves behind his wife, Sally, and his two sons, Bryan and Scott.
