From the warm welcome which included tea and coffee (Perfect Touch), to working with Rosie. She was with us each step of the way. Whether it was for an update or just to see how mom was doing, she made our first experience with death so much easier. And mom, she looked beautiful...Thank you for what you have done for our family. I know it sounds odd but you are now our families funeral home of choice.

It's a sad time when dealing with a mortuary for a loved one who passed unexpectedly. Emily made such a difference. She was always there, responded quickly, saw things through, answered all of our questions. Our loved one was in good hands. Everything was handled with the utmost care. They will do a great job taking care of you and your loved one. Emily is the best.
